Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, facing the road but still offering a great size with amenities like a fridge, safe, robes, and slippers. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering great service. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to popular landmarks and convenient Metro stations. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes. Overall, a great value for money with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel gave me mixed feelings. The rooms were a great size and had everything I needed, such as a fridge, safe, robes, and slippers. However, the cancellation due to a flaw in their booking system for a family was a setback. The service was outstanding, with always-smiling staff, but the extremely long wait to check out was frustrating. The location, though interesting showcasing the 'real' Paris, was a bit out of the way from the main tourist areas. The dining experience offered a huge variety, although it was pretty much the same every day.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to a metro station and convenient for exploring typical French restaurants and shopping. The rooms, though not extraordinary in design, are lovely, clean, and offer a pleasant view. The staff are all very helpful and fantastic, especially in the lovely bar atrium. The dining experience is excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious dishes, although service was slow on one occasion. The facilities are spacious and nicely decorated, providing a place to hang out. The price offers good value for the location and service.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and practical, although slightly smaller compared to those in the USA. The service was exceptional, especially during a challenging situation my husband faced. The location was perfect for exploring different parts of the city, with plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The dining experience was delicious, but could have had a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were well thought out, beautifully clean, and very practical - perfect for those who care about cleanliness. They were also very quiet, which was great for someone like me who is a light sleeper. However, I felt they could have been a little bigger. The service was top-notch, the staff was very polite and always helpful. Being upgraded to a Suite with a balcony was a nice touch, and the rainshower was a bonus. It truly made our stay a must when visiting Paris. The location was perfect for all the sightseeing and restaurants, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a relaxing drink. On the downside, the area surrounding the hotel seemed seedy, not quite the Parisian charm I had hoped for. When it came to dining, the food was good, but I wished for a bigger variety, more fresh fruits, and a higher quality of granola, nuts, and seeds. The breakfast could have been more diverse. Despite that, the hotel offered clean, healthy dishes. As for facilities, everything was up to par, but with a bit of a price tag. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the hotel canceled some added items that would have made us feel more welcome, citing a flaw in their booking system. The family room was relatively spacious compared to the standard in Paris. The service was good overall, although at times, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to clients. The location was excellent, right in Paris, where we could easily reach the City Center on foot or by public transport. The dining experience was okay but not outstanding, and the pricing seemed a bit high for the value provided.
